The name is new. The experience behind it is not.
I am Piergiorgio Barletta, founder of Pasteque Real Estate. I work across Trieste and Gorizia and have personally handled €9.9 million in property transaction value handled personally, including period apartments, penthouses, villas, first homes and long-held family properties.
I founded Pasteque after seeing too many improvised sales: listings published in a hurry, prices left to chance and owners kept in the dark. I work differently — with a written method, an agreed strategy and a report every week.
Where needed, I coordinate the team involved: technicians, photographers, the bank and the notary. You have one point of contact and always know what comes next.
