Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 2026.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies, localStorage and sessionStorage are technologies a website may use to operate correctly or, with consent where required, measure usage or load external content.

2. Essential tools

The website stores the visitor’s chosen language and privacy preferences so that navigation and the form work consistently. These preferences are not used for advertising. Marketing attribution must not be persisted before the relevant consent.

3. Analytics

Analytics scripts and identifiers must only be described as active if they are actually configured. If no external analytics service is installed, the policy must say so. When an analytics service is added, load it only after the appropriate choice and document its provider, purpose and retention.

4. External YouTube content

A YouTube embed is loaded only after the visitor chooses to load external content. Before that choice, the article remains readable and no YouTube iframe is created. The choice can be changed on the Privacy Preferences page.

5. Reviews and external links

Reviews are entered manually in the site CMS and do not load a third-party review widget. WhatsApp, RealAdvisor and social links open external services; clicking a normal link is different from embedding third-party content.

6. Managing preferences

The visitor can change or withdraw optional choices at any time from Privacy Preferences and can manage storage in the browser. The contact form must remain available when optional processing is declined.

7. Updates

This page must be updated before new non-essential scripts, embeds or providers are introduced.

English translation for information. The Italian policy prevails.
