Through the consultation form we collect your full name, telephone number, optional email address, the area and type of property and your expected timing. The request is stored in the website database and an email notification is sent to the controller. Requests are not public. Blog, property and review content entered by the administrator does not change the data requested through this form.
The data is used to respond to your request and prepare the consultation you asked for. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is not used for profiling or marketing without a separate legal basis or consent where required.
Data is retained for no longer than necessary to handle the request. If a professional relationship begins, it is retained for the duration of that relationship and as required by law. Operational retention periods must reflect the controller’s actual deletion procedure.
Data is processed through the technical providers used for hosting, database and email delivery. It is not sold to third parties for marketing. External links to WhatsApp, RealAdvisor and social networks take you to third-party services. Data entered in the Pasteque form is not automatically transferred to those services.
YouTube videos are not loaded until you choose to load external content. When loaded, the browser connects to YouTube and its own policies apply. Reviews are stored manually in Pasteque’s own CMS; no third-party review widget is loaded. External links remain usable without analytics consent.
You may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
